The recommed dosage varies deping on the condition being treated. For OA, Celebrex brand name usually begins at a dose of 200 mg once dly for mild-to-moderate pn or 400 mg once dly for severe symptoms. The dosage might be adjusted based on response and side effect profile.

Mechanism of Action
