Abstract:
This paper explore the relationship between social media use and mental health outcomes among adults. By reviewing existing research studies, we identify several significant effects that social media has on individuals' psychological well-being.
Introduction:
Social media platforms have become ubiquitous in modern society, influencing various aspects of our dly lives. Among these implications is their potential impact on mental health. As technology advances, understanding the nuances between social media use and its effect on cognitive processes becomes crucial for promoting public welfare and mental wellbeing.
Methods:
We conduct a comprehensive literature review by gathering scholarly articles published in peer-reviewed journals since 2015.
